1. Return & Refund Policy

At Color Girl India, Once an order is placed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

However, we do understand that unforeseen issues can occur. In case you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or replacement.

1.1 Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • With all original tags and labels intact

  • Accompanied by a 360° unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Note: Without the 360° unboxing video, we cannot accept claims for exchanges or replacements.

1.2 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards and personalized/customized items

  • Any item returned without prior approval

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only (no refunds) in cases of wrong, defective, or damaged item.

2.1 Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at Theladycarecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Share your order details and the unboxing video as proof.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.

  4. Send the product to:
    F-1791, DSIIDC, Narela, Delhi – 110040

Note: Courier charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Theladycarecompany@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images and 360° unboxing video of the defect

Our team will inspect the issue and arrange for a exchange if approved.

4. Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect order placement.

  • Exchanges are processed only after quality verification.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
